We collect your name and email address when you create an account or subscribe. Billing information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your card details. We also log page views and signup events via Meta Pixel for advertising attribution.
Your email is used to deliver your subscription access, send lead packets and alert notifications, and handle billing receipts. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside of Stripe (for payments) and Polsia (for platform infrastructure).
Property and owner data surfaced through AiLeadVault comes from public county records. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information about the property owners beyond what is in the public record.
We use minimal session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes — our Meta Pixel is used only for conversion attribution.
You can access, update, or delete your account data by emailing support@aileadvault.com. You can unsubscribe from lead alerts at any time via the unsubscribe link in any alert email.
