By accessing or using AiLeadVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AiLeadVault provides access to publicly available off-market real estate lead data, including property records, distress signal indicators, and owner contact information obtained from public county assessor and recorder records. Data is refreshed weekly and provided as-is.
Monthly subscription is billed at $29.97/month. Per-lead unlocks are billed at $197 per lead. Lead pack purchases (5-pack for $899, 10-pack for $1,699) are one-time charges that add credits to your account. Credits expire 12 months from purchase. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file.
Leads are intended for your own prospecting. Redistribution, resale, or scraping of lead data is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing and real estate solicitation laws in your state when contacting any property owner.
While we surface motivated sellers, we do not guarantee any lead will convert, respond, or be available when you make contact. Replacement leads are provided under the 14-day replacement guarantee (see your confirmation email for terms).
